1. Chitika ad units are NOT contextual
2. Chitika ad units do NOT look like AdSense units
* You'll earn 10% of what your referrals earn - the more friends you refer, the more you make!
* You're eligible to earn commissions for each referral for 15 months following each referral's approval date
* Chitika will pay you 30 days following the end of the month that your commissions are earned provided that your total revenue has exceeded $10 (for PayPal) and $50 (for check where PayPal is not available)
* You will be paid based upon audited revenue.
* You will find your Referral reports in the "Reports" section when you log into your account

DO AND DONT
* Affiliates may promote the program on their websites, as long as the website meets our program policies listed in this agreement.
* To protect the integrity and reputation of the Chitika brand, affiliates may not promote the "tagged" links via postings to non-commercial newsgroups or cross-postings to multiple newsgroups at once.
* Affiliates may promote the "tagged" referral links and the service via mailings to recipients who are already customers or subscribers to their Website's services, provided that the recipients have the option to remove themselves from future mailings. Further, affiliates may promote the "tagged" links via newsgroup postings to newsgroups that specifically welcome commercial messages.
* Affiliates may not refer other websites that they own in full or in part. However, once an affiliate is accepted for Chitika, the affiliate may use the Chitika code on their other sites as long as they meet the requirements outlined in our Program terms in our Terms and Conditions
* Affiliates may not promote the "tagged" links via promotion on third-party search engines. Specifically, paid campaigns or SEO campaigns that link directly to chitika.com using your referral id.
* In all promotions, Affiliates must clearly represent themselves as entities independent from Chitika and Chitika's Paid Listings Services.
* Affiliates may not promote the "tagged" links on websites/webpage designed to look like Chitika owned and operated websites.
